COACHBUILDING CLASS MARCH 2015 – PART 1

My March sheet metal shaping class is at the beginning of day three. Another great bunch of enthusiastic car guys are attending. I had six signed up for the class but Jim from NJ, had to transfer into the April class because of bad driving conditions last Thursday. John from NH had to leave last night because his wife developed bad flu symptoms and had to go to the hospital, so we are down to four.
Kevin from NH who came last month too is back with his Hi-Teck fiberglass Cobra. Last month Nick came with his Cobra and we made a hood for it. This month Kevin is making a hood for his Cobra and Tim from MO is helping him also make a trunk skin.
Scott from Toronto, Canada is here with a modified 1934 Ford fiberglass front fender which we are making a copy of in 19 gage steel. Scott has Bruce, and John helping him with his project. A lot of work has been done and today we are all refining the panels. Here are a few pictures showing some of the progress. More photos coming tomorrow and Monday. Wray
